We're back at the house now and trying to adjust. Our first couple of problems are that our bed has the fluffyness of a steel plate and at 5:00 in the morning the sun shines through through our faux-wood blinds bright as if we were out sun-bathing in california.
So, we went down to Bed Bath & Beyond to use up our gift card to remedy our problems. We bought a curtain rod and some new red curtains which I hung up while Amy worked on our new mattress cover.

We made it through our first night and it looks like we'll be sleeping much better from now on. All we need now is a fan so Amy's not so hot at night.
Here's a picture Amy didn't want to show.
